Privacy Policy

SGA Tech LLC provides the jNode Platform, a DNS-aware network integration platform for overlapping IP estates, M&A connectivity, DR testing, and segmented enterprise environments. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information associated with the jNode Platform and the public website at jnode.app.

Information We Collect

We may collect contact information such as name, business email address, company name, job title, and messages you send to us. If you access a production jNode Platform environment, we may process account information used for authentication, authorization, support, auditability, and platform administration.

The platform may also process operational information needed to provide the service, such as configuration data, DNS and NAT mapping metadata, routing and tunnel state, appliance health, telemetry, logs, and other network integration details supplied by or generated for authorized customer environments.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide, secure, operate, support, and improve the jNode Platform; respond to inquiries; manage customer relationships; troubleshoot service behavior; enforce access controls; maintain audit records; and satisfy legal, security, and compliance obligations.

Google OAuth Data

If the jNode Platform uses Google OAuth, we use Google-provided identity information only to authenticate authorized users, associate access with the correct organization or environment, and enforce platform permissions. We do not sell Google user data.

Sharing Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate hosting, infrastructure, security, support, analytics, communications, and related business functions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with customer direction or consent.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information handled by the jNode Platform. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but we work to limit access to authorized users and protect platform data in proportion to the sensitivity of the information.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the platform, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security records, and support legitimate business needs. Customer-controlled platform data may be retained or deleted according to the applicable customer agreement or operational process.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other handling of personal information, subject to legal, contractual, and security requirements. Authorized enterprise users should also contact their organization administrator for account access questions.
